EntreÁlamos has intense relationships with the outside world. From our reception we constantly attend visits, telephone calls and people coming and going.
Residents, relatives and staff form a large family. We ensure that every resident is treated individually with courtesy and respect.
This implies a close communication among all of us. The receptionist coordinates and meets needs of each with great thoroughness and professionalism.
Our reception hours are:
- Monday to Friday: from 9.00h a.m to 21.00h p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: from 10.00h a.m. to 15.00h p.m and from 16.00h p.m. to 21.00h p.m.
- Monday to Sunday: from 10.30h a.m. to 13.30h p.m., and16.30h p.m. to 20.30h p.m.
From the moment the resident enters to the centre the department opens to him an administrative and economic file, which will be at his disposal whenever required. Transparency of information is our priority.
Our responsible performs all functions and actions required for the resident or family members responsible, may have at all times the entire economic information they require during their stay in the center. All it expressed with maximum clarity and detail in each and every one of the services which the resident enjoys, or those attentions or special actions to be provided in cases of exceptional need.
